The Safari Experience at Nottens Bush Camp

Start your day with an early morning game drive in the open Land Rover with a ranger and Shangaan tracker.

This prime game viewing area is ideal for game drives in open 4x4 safari vehicles with knowledgeable and experienced guides. A wide diversity of animals, including the 'Big Five' and over 350 bird species, can be found. A game walk introduces you to the smaller species often overlooked on game drives.

Bush walks are conducted with an armed game ranger knowledgeable in conservation, ecology and environment of the bush. As there are no fences between the private game reserve and the Kruger National Park, the animals can move between those two areas.

A typical day on safari begins before sunrise with a wake up call where after tea and coffee are served. Upon return from a morning game drive in search of the diverse wildlife of Sabi Sands Game Reserve there is some time to relax and cool off in the sparkling swimming pool. An afternoon game drive offers another opportunity to spot wild animals such as the 'Big Five'. The evening will be spent around a roaring fire where guests discuss the sightings

Guests can also enjoy a full body massage at Notten's Bush Camp Spa with indoor and outdoor treatment rooms and a plunge pool.
