Sharing unfenced borders with the Kruger National Park, Africa on Foot Camp is at the centre of wildlife activity. Situated in South Africa's Limpopo province, the region displays some of the most impressive wildlife species. Owned by a keen environmentalist and a qualified guide, Africa on Foot Camp was established out of a shared passion for wildlife. Located on the Ross Farm in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, the camp is in an ideal location to enjoy the wilderness on foot.
Accommodated in a choice between five chalets and a tree house, guests have a choice between the couple suites and the family suites. The main area encourages social interaction in its spacious lounge area.
The Big Five game viewing is enhanced by an abundance of other wildlife species including sightings of the members of a prolific list of resident and migrant birds. The intimacy of the camp allows for activities that are tailored to suit your interests, ensuring that you receive maximum enjoyment during your stay in the bush.
Children over the age of 5 are welcome at the lodge and can be accommodated with their parents in one of the family chalets. Children over the age of 16 are allowed to join their parents on the walking safaris while children younger than 16 are taken on a separate drive.
