A Day on Safari
Exciting game drives are offered twice a day in the early morning and again in the late afternoon. Game drives are ideal for spotting some of the African wildlife in the Timbavati Game Reserve, including the Big Five, namely Lion, Buffalo, Rhino, Elephant and Leopard.
Afternoon safari interest talks are a great way to spend some time with an expert sfari tracker and guide and ask questions about the Big Five and other wildlife you might be interested in, while enjoying a delicious high tea.
The late afternoon game drives allow you the opportunity to see spot the nocturnal wildlife. You could see Leopard, Honey Badger and Hyena. Stop for refreshments as you watch the sun set over the African bush. Return to your Big Five Safari Lodge for a delicious meal served under the African sky on warm nights in the boma (outdoor enclosure).
